FAQs

What is your price matching policy?

If you find a lower price for the exact same product, please contact us. We will match it plus discount it 10%. You must provide a URL to the product's page.

Product must be the same size, finish, and paper as ours and available to order from a competitor's website. Shipping and handling will be accounted for in our price adjustment.

Do you accept Vistaprint files?

If you created your file online at Vistaprint.com, simply order and download a PDF proof. We can remove their watermark and print the file for you.

Do you save my uploaded files?

We do save your uploaded files for one year. Simply log into your account and click 'reorder' next to the order. If you only want to order some products from the order, simply delete the unwanted products from the shopping cart.

After one year your order will still be in your account, but the files will have been deleted.

How do I order?

Ordering from America's Print Center is easy. Simply click on the price under the quantity you would like to order. Complete the checkout process and upload your files to us.

What are your turnaround times?

On each product's page it states the approximate number of business days before your order ships. Orders received after 10am central are considered to be received the next business day.

How do I get true black?

For true black set your CMYK values to:
C: 60
M: 40
Y: 40
K: 100

How do I keep my blues from looking purple?

Make sure there is at least a 25 point difference between the cyan and magenta values. If your blue has a cyan value of 100%, your magenta value should be no higher than 75%.

For you convenience, we have created a CMYK Blue Palette reference guide.

What is the best file format to submit my files?

The best is PDF or JPG. Remember, each side of your document should be a separate file. Meaning if you have a double-sided flyer, you would submit two files. Also, make sure you outline your fonts or flatten your image before creating a PDF.

We also accept Illustrator, Photoshop, and Publisher files for most items.

Color Variances

If the colors are slightly off, this is normal. Colors will not print exactly the same from order to order.

If the colors are extremely off, please reply to the order confirmation email you received, explain the problem in detail, and attach a scan of the product you received. In some cases we may need you to mail us samples of what you received.

My order was printed incorrectly. What do I do?

If the item was cut wrong (more than 0.125" off), etc., please reply to the order confirmation email you received, explain the problem in detail, and attach a picture of the product you received. In some cases we may need you to mail us samples of what you received. We do not guarantee borders will be perfectly centered.

How should I set-up my bleed?

When the image is required to extend all the way to the edge, bleed is needed to preserve the finished look and the quality of the final product. All of our templates have a trim line. Your image should go PAST this line to the edge.

Should I include crop marks?

No, please do not include crop marks.

How do I set-up my file for proper rotation?

Unless you checked "Fix My File" when ordering, we require print ready files with proper rotation. Files submitted are printed HEAD to HEAD as-is based off your files. The head is always the top of your file.
Proper File Rotation

If you have a fold-over or greeting card, please set-up your files as illustrated below.

Proper File Rotation

For files not set-up properly we will use our best judgement and not be responsible for improper rotation.
